You're not on the beach, but you must be nearby. There is sand mixed with the dirt and knee-high green obscuring your view. You can hear the ocean breeze. The waves are crashing on the far side of a commingled group of palms. You're sipping this Fruit Tart and letting all of your senses be refreshed by the amazing blend.

16 ounce can, canned 03/15/23. Served in an Urban Artifact chalice, the beer pours a somewhat clear dark gold color with about an inch off-white head that stuck around a little while. Lots of lacing. The brew smells like papaya, lime, coconut and some grainy malt. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some lemony citrus flavors noticeable too. I think the papaya stands out here compared to the other flavors. Nice and tart, too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit coating and has a moderate amount of carbonation. Easy enough to drink! Thought this was a good enjoyable brew, at first I was wishing the coconut would have been stronger but I think this was one of the better SBS brews I've tried! Really liked this one more and more the longer I drank it.
