Brewed for this year's Missing Linck Festival, with Missing Linck Yeast, this fruit tart contains a luscious blend of fig and grape, emboldened by cinnamon, and rounded out with a tasteful helping of vanilla bean!

16 ounce can, canned on 05/12/23. Served in an Urban Artifact chalice, the beer pours an amber/purple color with not quite an inch light pink head. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like grape, cinnamon, fig, vanilla and some breadiness. Taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some tart citrus. Nice balance between the tart and sweet flavors, and I think the grape stands out somewhat in comparison to the other flavors. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit slick and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good overall brew, worth trying for sure!
