This pairing combines two of our holiday favorites into one mouthwatering Fruit Tart. Delicious fall pears and soft crumbly gingerbread melt together, balancing spices and fruit in a way that'll make you ready for any season.

16 ounce can, canning date is smudged and unreadable but pretty sure this was canned over the last week or 2 as it's one of the Small Batch Society releases for November 2023. Served in a Urban Artifact chalice, the beer pours a hazy gold color with about an inch off-white head that fizzled away somewhat quickly. Decent amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells mostly like pear and ginger, along with some cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg. For the most part the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's the addition of some clove too. Also, all the flavors mesh well together with no one flavor overpowering the others. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this one, certainly worth trying if you get the chance.
