A mangonada in a can! Savory, sweet, tangy, and a tiny bit salty?! This simple recipe belies the complex flavors and epitomizes the Urban Artifact endeavor to uncover the world's most incredible fruits and tastes. Enjoy in a glass with a tamarind straw, a sprinkle of tajin on top, and cowboy shot of tequila.

16 ounce can, canned on 03/22/24. Served in an Urban Artifact chalice, the beer pours a mostly hazy dark golden/orange color with about an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both good. Aroma is what I expected, I pick up the chili peppers from the tajin first along with some mango, salt and lime. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but I think the mango and chili pepper flavors are the strongest but without overpowering the lime and salt. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit slick and smooth with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this one a lot, it was my favorite of the March 2024 Small Batch Society releases. But then I do like mango and tajin, and this combination worked out well. Definitely worth trying especially if you like the Tajin seasoning!
