Blending together fresh pineapples, mangos, and peaches into a tropical treat with a little bit of heat from real roasted serrano peppers. Would work equally well as a smoothie, but this American Fruit Tart is a dream addition to sitting outside and dreaming up your next project.

16 ounce can, canned on 05/15/24. Served in an Urban Artifact chalice, the beer pours a somewhat clear dark gold color with about an inch off-white head that didn't stick around for too long. Decent amount of lacing. I like the aroma, I get a hit of the serrano pepper right away, then some mango, peach and pineapple. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, I think the serrano pepper stands out without dominating the other flavors, with a good amount of pineapple, mango, peach and bready malt noticeable too. Peppery heat isn't hot at all but does have a decent kick. Probably more vegetal than hot. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's slick and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this one a lot, certainly worth a try especially if you like peppery brews.
