Soursop is a fun fruit! Showing off bright green spiky skin and massive black seeds, this tropical evergreen isn't always an easy ingredient to add to recipes. Luckily, we love the way its creamy pulp blends into our tarts! Creating this "sorbet" concept was well worth the delicious effort, and the hefty dose of real vanilla beans makes the lemon peel pop.

16 ounce can, canned on 09/18/24. Served in an Urban Artifact chalice, the beer pours a slightly hazy dark gold color with not quite an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both decent. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like tropical fruit (soursop), lemon, bready malt and some vanilla. I think the taste is pretty much just like the aroma, I think the soursop and to a lesser extent the vanilla stand out here but without overpowering the other flavors. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's coating and a little bit creamy with a moderate amount of carbonation. Thought this was a good overall brew, definitely worth trying if you come across some!
