A masterful blend of real fruit and spices! Based on the luscious, sweet, tropical tartness of just-ripe papaya, we designed a smoothie of flavor to fall in love with. This American Fruit Tart is brewed with an ideal blend of late summer and early fall fruits to send you to the perfect temperate sunset.

16 ounce can, canned on 09/18/24. Served in an Urban Artifact chalice, the beer pours a not quite clear not quite hazy gold color with about an inch white head. Head retention and lacing are both pretty good. The aroma is kinda weird to me. It smells like papaya, lime, bready malt, vanilla, pear, and something weird and earthy but I really can't describe all that well. And weird in a somewhat unappealing way. With that being said nothing is wrong with the flavor at all, with papaya, pear, vanilla/cream, bready malt and lime flavors. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's creamy and a little slick with a moderate amount of carbonation. Other than the weird aroma, I liked this one a lot. Worth trying and maybe your nose will work better than mine did with this brew!
