Bursting with complex flavor, this month's offering is almost like a full course meal! Leading with the perfect sweet and tart balance of rich pomegranate, it is complimented by the savory notes of pistachio and yeasty body of the added bread.
Ale brewed with pomegranate, pistachio, bread, and vanilla bean.

16 ounce can, canned on 06/18/25. Served in an Urban Artifact chalice, the beer pours a murky orange/amber color with not quite an inch off-white head. Head retention is decent enough, not much lacing at all. The brew smells like doughy bread, pistachios, pomegranate and some vanilla. I think the taste follows the aroma for the most part, but there's also some tart citrus flavors noticeable too. None of the flavors dominate the others here. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit coating and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this one, but with that being said I wish there was more of a flavor kick. Worth a try if you get the chance.
