Banana is typically the bass player in a Fruit Tart - adding texture and background sweetness to a blend. Here, we gave it the microphone. Smooth, potent, and unapologetically tropical, this is a study in what happens when you let the fruit take center stage. You've likely never had a beer with this much real banana character.

16 ounce can, canned on 12/17/25. Served in an Urban Artifact chalice, the beer pours a cloudy straw gold color with about an inch white head. Head retention and lacing are both good. The brew smells mostly like banana, along with some vanilla, bready malt and a bit of lemony citrus. Taste is just like the aroma, and as with the aroma I think the banana stands out although all the other flavors are noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a little coating and creamy with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this one, certainly worth trying but especially more if you like bananas!
