Prepare your senses for Pink Berry, the latest creation in our Rare Midwest Fruit Tart series. We’ve captured two of nature's most exciting and boldly different fruits in one magical blend.

The Prickly Pear: Lends its stunning magenta hue and a lush, earthy flavor reminiscent of wild berries and melon.

The Golden Raspberry: Counters with a bright, aromatic burst of pure sunshine, prized for its delicate, honey-sweet taste.

Together, they meld into a complex, layered filling that’s potent yet perfectly refined. It’s a taste of the desert sunset meeting a Midwest sunrise.

12 ounce can, looks like the canned on date is 10/10/25. Served in an Urban Artifact chalice, the beer pours a somewhat clear amber color with about an inch off-white head that stayed around a little while. There's also a good amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells mostly like golden raspberries along with some prickly pear, melon and a bit of citrus. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but there's also some raspberry jam and bready malt flavors noticeable too. I think the golden raspberry flavor stands out but doesn't overpower the others. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's creamy and a bit slick with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was pretty good, my favorite of this month's Small Batch Society brews so far although one more will be available later since it wasn't quite ready to be canned yet. Certainly worth picking up if you like golden raspberries!
