I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the Pyramid Alehouse. The bartender called it an apple-infused rice ale -- not sure what to make of that.
Appearance: light golden hue with a dash of haze and a finger of frothy white foam. Not too bad.
Smell: light crisp apple aroma with not a whole lot else, but the apple is nice.
Taste: I mean, it's kind of like an apple flavored malt liquor, but not as bad as that. I'm not super getting into it, though.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess. Quite nice.
Overall: this beer isn't bad for a high gravity fruit beer, but it doesn't precisely tickle my fancy.
