0.5L swingtop bottle poured into a pint glass. Traveled here with a German colleague. “Mindestens haltbar bis”: 22.08.15 09:33. Not an expert on the style, but trying to rate to style.
Pours clear yellow with a slight bronze hue, big bone white creamy looking head, and lots of carbonation. Smell is straw, grass, yeast, lemon. Fairly mild.
Taste is a little wheaty, a little lemony, a tiny hint of honey (or something that makes me think of honey), moderately crisp bitter finish.
Mouthfeel is effervescent, light, dry, slightly grainy. Overall, this is a pretty tasty beer.
