Tuber is a very refreshing and easy drinking dry hopped beer brewed with Mosaic and Falconer hops. Like the tubers that travel down the James River, floral and piney hops glide over your palate throughout this well-balanced, golden brown hued IPA. The bitter hops hit first, but the piney finish leaves you thirsty for your next sip.

L: Had this beer on-tap at Big Daddy's, poured into a pint glass. Had a bright amber / orange color and a somewhat hazy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy head that quickly dissipated. So-so lacing.
S: A very good aroma of hops, citrus fruit, malt, and a hint of tropical fruit.
T: Tasted of a little tinge of tropical fruit (mango - maybe it's just me), a bit of malt (mostly in the finish), a decent amount of hops (quite sharp), and good shot of citrus fruit (orange, in particular). This is a light, lively, and likable flavor. It's not overly sweet (the hops balance it out), but the fruit definitely makes its presence known.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a vibrant finish. Light- to medium-bodied.
O: Not a groundbreaking beer (what is, these days?), but a solidly likable one. Drinkable.
