L: Pours dense dark brown from a growler generating a 1” tan foam cap that lasts 2 minutes. S: Big grainy toasty nose with some faint chocolate and coconut. T: Chocolatey and nutty with no burnt or roast flavors. The brewer has added chocolate and coconut but uses restraint. Nothing is cloying or overstated but is well balanced. The added chocolate and coconut go well with the grains and malts. F: Super creamy smooth texture with a little above average carbonation. O: A delightful, well balanced stout.
