Tasted this at the brewery and took a growler home. A lovely, almost bitter taste with a really rich mouthfeel. I will be drinking this for some time to come.

Enjoyed this on draft at Foundry in Northampton, poured into proper glassware as always.
A - Clouded , grapefruit juice color, capped with a fine froth of pristine white, Carbonation was steady
in support.
S - Initially a bit of Heffe nose, that upon second visit was a nice lemon drop, a bit of graininess and pepper.
T - Followed the nose to a tee, grains, a bit of lemon, and a nice wheat base.
M - Surprisingly round, a hint of oat, with a beautifully dry finish.
O - Not in the rustic vein, but a fine grissette, the body is rich for a relatively low ABV offering.
Cheers
