Nice light citrus notes, medium body, not funky, smooth going down. Lovely beer.

Pored from a fresh growlette into the test glass.
A - Golden straw in color, thin cap supported by the tiny spheres rising in random sequence.
S - French farm house ale yeast, floral notes of wild flower and sunshine, Elderflower, for certain, a touch of lily. a hint of tropical hops, with a whiff of pineapple, and orange peel.
T - Sweet malt base starts things off, followed quickly by the slightly funky yeast flavors. Honey, and some lovely botanical.
M - Light to medium in body, the palate starts sweet then quickly dries, there is a delightful ashen quality to the finish. The offering is exquisite in this regard. Gently carbonated, the delicate dance across the palate is delightful
O - A wonderful offering from a talented brewer, the use of local botanicals (Elderflower) and honey on a solid base beer really display a creative flair. Well executed and quite delicious. The yeast adds just the right amount of farmhouse touch. I will be revisiting the brewery in hopes to enjoy this again.
Well done
