Poured from a fresh growlette purchased at the brewery, into the test glass
A - Excellent clarity, almost pilsner in that sense, steady carbonation, a thin white froth caps the experience.
S - Earthy straw, barnyard in that sense. lemongrass, wheat, a bit dusty on the nose, in the best way. Blauges yeast ?
T - Toasted wheat, hint of ginger, lemon zest, warm white toast. A cave cheese rime, all play well.
M - Start is earthy, with the sides of the palate on alert, then a gentle tart wave is followed by prickly carbonation making way for a semi sweet wort walk through. Finish is ashen dry and delightful.
O - A really nice treat, full on yeast nod to the classics, A beautiful display of the components add up to a great experience
