On-tap @ Demented Brewing in Middlesex, NJ.
Served in a shaker pint glass, it had a very pale gold color with a small white head and great clarity. Grainy aroma, almost corn-like, balanced nicely by light spicy hops. Flavor is pretty basic with subtle fresh grains but it feels more like 2-row than pils malt. Finishes with a slight bitterness. Easy drinking and clean but lacking a bit of that sweet pils malt flavor that I enjoy in a pilsner.
