Three hundred pounds of Faucette Farms organic strawberries complement our light bodied, crisp American Wheat Ale. A high strawberry aroma is followed by the smooth, fruity body and a crisp finish.

A: Pours a hazy medium to dark golden yellow in color with a moderate to heavy amount of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and some faint pink + orange highlights. The beer has a half finger thick foamy off-white head that reduces to a large patch of thin film covering about 95% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Light to moderate aromas of fresh natural strawberries (very ripe) and a light aroma of wheat malts.
T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of wheat malts. That is followed by moderate flavors of ripe natural strawberry and just a hint of fruit sweetness from the strawberries. Minimal amounts of bitterness which fade away very quickly.
M: Light to medium bodied with heavy amounts of carbonation.
O: Easy to drink and enjoyable, quite refreshing on a hot NC summer day. Pleasantly light sweetness and low ABV make this one sessionable.
