Pour's into a becker a deep rich golden with a full finger white head, much deeper and richer looking than I expected here.Raw grainy aromas wich I kinda like, mildly sweet caramel and honey as well.Just malty goodness on the palate with an 'unfinished' quality wich is a good thing, really a joy to drink, it's no frills at it's best.Just a simple lager but to me it borders on a very well made marzen,a fine local lager beer.

On-tap at Preyer Brewing Company, Greensboro, NC
A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high white head that hardly died down.
S: Moderate aromas of biscuit and bready malts are present in the nose.
T: Just like the smell, the taste has flavors of biscuit and bready malts along with a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This lager is dominated by aromas and flavors of biscuit and breads malts. The hops only contribute some bitterness to the taste and no aromas or flavors, if anything perhaps some grassy hops.
Serving type: on-tap
