Canned 7/10/18; drank 7/21/18 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy dandelion appearance.
A violent pour yielded a big, noisy bright wheat head; frothy tree-rung lace.
Wheat, clove & faint lemon notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Clove & faint lemon flavors; dry wheat notes on the finish. Dry, without much flavor; permanent pass.

A - Light yellow body, hazy, with a short white head, and extensive lacing on the glass.
S - Strong funk, with all sorts of fermented grain coming through, primarily barnyard and grass, a bit of acid and lemon.
T - Follows the nose, with powerful funk laying over a lactic aspect, lemon curd and zest, and a tart finish.
M - Clean bright open, good carbonation, with a bit of a linger on the tongue after the close.
O - No messing around here. A big funky hit of wheat, with nice hop complements. Tasty.

Too bad it’s limited, this is a delicious and refreshing beer. One of the best Witbiers I have ever had.
