Poured from the tap into a pint glass at Beer Head Pub in Schaumburg, IL. The appearance is a cloudy orange color with a medium sized off-white colored head. The aroma is citrus fruit and peanut butter. The taste follows the nose.

Love the raspberry notes from the hops. Much better than the milkshake version.

Canned 7/24/18; drank 7/28/18 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice off-white head; decent lace.
Peanut butter, grapefruit & faint dry grass notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Peanut butter & grapefruit flavors up front; dry grass notes on the finish.
Mild & not very good, if drinkable.

My first milkshake double IPA from them and I’m hooked. You can smell and taste the vanilla and sherbet most prominently with a bit of raspberry tart as well. The sherbet is an amazing idea and makes this a super dessert IPA in my mind. Mouthfeel is so soft. My new favorite Hop Butcher easily although I still need to try their Blazed Orange milkshake version.
