American pale ale hopped with Galaxy and infused with Arcane Distilling vacuum distilled hop oils. For this next round of Traveling Scientist we went straight Galaxy and followed that up with an injection of Galaxy hop oils.

Cloudy mango juice appearance
Medium light carbonation with about a medium body
Aroma is fresh citrus peel and fruit, mostly lime. Theres some other fruit like pineapple, pineapple juice with a nice floral earthy background
Taste does not stray too far from the aroma. Comes off way my fruity than what I am accustomed to with pale ales but very good nonetheless

Look is hazy and light with a nice head. The smell is heavy pineapple and citrus. Also getting some peach. The taste is a lot of citrus up front, pineapple and passion fruit. A little less sweet, though not bitter, on the back end. The mouthfeel is a little light but it's well carbonated. Overall it's a really good pale ale.

Pours a hazy straw yellow with a finger of white head.
Smells of pineapple, peach, some citrus.
Taste follows but also getting a bit of resinous, tar like pine. Quite enjoyable.
Smooth, medium body with good carb level.
Overall a really tasty one!

This is just a straight hazy juice bomb. I’m not the biggest galaxy guy and have had a few galaxy only hopped IPAs but thos one is just out of thos world delicious. Its hazy but a lifht haze. Probably the lightest haze I’ve seen.
