Love hop butcher, thought this one was ok. The pour was typical for their craft, hazy yellow with white foam. Aromas included grapefruit, pine, melon, papaya and lemon. Taste was muted in comparison, with some hop dankness on the finish, but the fruit from the smell was not very vibrant, more graininess to the taste than expected. Feel was a little watery, but smooth and creamy

16oz can, date stamp on bottom of can is illegible. Foamy off-white head caps a hazed light caramel colored ale. Huge juicy tropical fruit aroma hinting at papaya and fruit cup. Fruit cup is there in flavor as well, along with piney mango, grapefruit, and some coconut, as the label suggests. Fuller body, ample carbonation, bitterness is moderate. This was good - one of my favorites from this brewery.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on February 27, 2019. Double IPA brewed with Vic Secret, Sabro and Simcoe hops. A more traditional IPA with the requisite bitterness.

Aroma of dank & pine. Thick, pillowy head with lacing on the glass. Flavor follows aroma. Little haze. Lots of body. Great IPA.
