Something from hop butcher than is not an ipa? But friends, it is good. Classic copper brown clear pour with some bubble islands. Smell is richly infused with caramel, plus some rye bread, dark fruit, graham cracker, vanilla, and toffee roasted nuts. Taste has same flavors, with the breadiness and slight hops at the end to balance to caramel sweetness. Plum sticks out as most dominant dark fruit. Body is thinner, but sturdy, goes down very easily. The wife liked this one too
