16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden yellow color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of caramel, toasted bread, citrus and floral notes. Sweet caramel and toffee taste with bready notes and a light citrusy bite.

Tasted in a Spiegelau pilsner glass from a one pint can on July 25, 2019. Brewed with Tradition, Liberty and Saphir hops. Crisp, clean and refreshing.

Had on tap. Golden body with a white foam ring and tons of lacing on the surface and the glass. Smell has slight floral hops, pilsner breadiness, and moist yeast, all mild for the style. Taste opens up with peach, crusty bread, floral and grassy hops, and honey. Sharp and clean pilsner, somewhat dry, on the hoppy side but not obviously so.

Canned 7/14/19; drank 7/22/19 @ the Yarchives.
See-through yellow/orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a big, noisy bright white head; strong, frothy lace.
Fresh bread, fresh flowers & yeast notes in the nose.
Floral & fresh bread flavors up front; a crisp, yeast-y finish.
Perhaps a bit too flower forward (?) for the style, but I'm not expert. I think it makes a nice summer sipper.

Had this from a 16 oz can. I think this is the first time Hop Butcher did a pilsner...they need to do it again. This was very good. Crisp and clean with a nice soft finish. It had a nice sweetness to it and a soft and smooth mouthfeel. Great on a hot summer day!
