Hop Butcher makes several really brewed, like Urbs in Horto, but basically everything else is just a similar IPA. I love the few really excellent beers they brew, but every thing else is just a hazy IPA. It’s overdone. Show you care a little and get rid of the hazy crap.
Anyway, this is decent but not outstanding. It’s yet another hazy Hop Butcher brew. Citrusy, piney and typical. They are all becoming too similar to distinguish.

Sabro & Simcoe DIPA
From the can, estimated about a month out from its release. No date codes visible.
Thick and hazy in appearance, a light orange-straw color. The hop aroma and flavor profile presents as an interesting mix, some pineapple and sandalwood hints, and an intense tangerine squeeze. I get major creamsicle vibes, with just the lightest hop burn at the end.
