Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on October 4, 2019. Canned September 25, 2019. American pale ale brewed with Amarillo and Mosaic hops. Notes of citrus, berry and stone fruit.

Murky yellow with a fluffy white head. Pithy orange and grapefruit lead, with lemon zest, peach, and pear supporting, and hop bitters finishing the aromas. Very pithy in the taste, especially grapefruit and orange, with peach, earthy hops and general dry yeast. Feel is sharp with the hops, but then settles into dry yeastiness, has some frothiness too. Good pale ale, especially if in the mood for pith

Murky orange pouring. 3 finger white head. Quite frothy. Great head retention.
The nose has some grapefruit on it. Nice citrus aroma.
Taste - A crisp citrus taste. I get a lot of grapefruit. Some pine on the backside.
Decent body. Somewhat crisp feeling. A bit bubbly feeling.
Solid IPA from Hop Butcher.

This beer was a hazy pale ale. There was a lot of citrus, orange and grapefruit in the smell and taste but also a zesty bit of lemons. For only 5.7% ABV it did not feel overly thin. Very nice for a pale ale.

16oz can, PKG 9/24/19. Shared with my brother-in-law on his wedding day! Classic Hop Butcher hazy look: opaque tangerine body with an incredibly tall and frothy ivory head. Big juicy aroma full of citrusy hop goodness. Bold tangy and zesty flavors of tangerine zest, fresh orange juice, lemon-lime, grassy green hops, mango, and pine. Medium body, tang and zest prickles the tongue with modest bitterness. Great hazy APA with some of my favorite hops.
