German-style Pilsner hopped with Select, Saaz & Monroe. Starter. Palate cleanser. Cut it up however. 7 weeks cold conditioned.

Bright clarity, pale golden tone. Thin cap of foam with spotty lacing, patchy surface skim.
Aroma is mild and grainy, cooked cereal grains.
Taste is brighter, lemony and herbal grassy hops. Pleasantly mild, light bodied with a creamy feel. Easy to drink a couple. Good stuff.

Tasted in a Spiegelau pilsner glass from a one pint can on October 26, 2019. Brewed with Saaz, Select and Monroe hops. Like sweet hop nectar. Pils worth popping for sure.

This is the second Pilsner I've had from Hop Butcher. The other being After Rain. This one seemed to be a bit more flavorful but it didn't seem as clean as After Rain. I think the hops stood out more in this pilsner. This is good but I think I preferred After Rain.
