Dated 09/29/25, into a wide wine glass.
Pours a murky orange with great foam, really appealing. Aroma is oranges, mango, and grapefruit, faintly boozy. Flavor follows nose well, lots of mango and orange juice. Some rich malts and a little wheat as well, and boozy overriple fruit. There's some spicy edges to it but still quite juicy and smooth. Mouthfeel is good, slick, heavy, and dense. Alcohol hidden well.
Overall, a tasty straightforward triple IPA.

On tap at The Brass Tap, Cedar Falls, IA; served in a 5-ounce snifter. Juicy pale yellow in appearance, with a snow-white head. Good retention and lacing. Big aromas and flavors of grapefruit and grapefruit zest predominate. There is also an unmistakable umami note that lingers on the palate. Understated bitterness, with hints of grapefruit juice lingering on the finish. Excellent and highly recommended.

Dark gold to light brown in color with a massively hazy complexion. There’s a fingernail of eggshell white on top. Heavy soapy lacing is present. The aroma is of green veggies. I’m tasting green veggies and lime. The mouth is devastatingly smooth and quaffable for the strength.

16oz can. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden orange color with a small, white head of fluffy foam. It left sticky patches of lace on the glass. It smelled of tropical fruit, caramel and resin. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a sharp bitterness.

I tried a can of this beer at my line mate's place in St. Germain, Wisconsin whilst there for the Eagle River Pond Hockey Tournament. It poured a hazy orangish with white head that left some lace. The scent had nice tropical fruit peel notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with good juicy citrus presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on November 9, 2019. Triple India Pale Ale brewed with honey, Citra, Simcoe, Strata and Galaxy hops. Highly recommended.

The canning date is 11/05 so this is about 7 weeks old. I think the smell suffers as a result as it’s not as bold as the HP usually are. As always the feel is super full and soft. For a 10.5% abv, the alcohol is hidden really well. I can taste it only a bit more than their usual DIPAs. Taste wise the honey is subtle but there. The beer is sweet but still balanced. I wish I had reviewed this fresh! It’s a good beer but not quite their best triple IPA.
