Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on November 9, 2019. American pale ale brewed with Citra, Mosaic and Sabro. Thick haze. Tasty juice.

Really excited to find this on the shelves here even if it is just a one off. Pours super hazy, light gold in color with one inch head. Taste is lemon, lime, and slight banana. Light bodied, slightly sweet with moderate carbonation. Excellent pale ale. Could have several of these. Hop Butcher produces some of the best hoppy beers I have had and this one keeps up their stellar reputation. Would really like it if they sent more this way.

This was a Pale Ale with a smaller ABV than Hop Butcher normally turns out. That being said I think they did a nice job with this one. It had a nice creamy feel to it for a thinner pale ale. It also had a nice bright citrusy taste.

Canned 11/6/16; drank 11/9/19 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque dull orange/yellow appearance.
A violent pour yielded a big off-white head; thick, frothy tree-rung lace.
Orange citrus, banana, cream & wheat notes in the nose.
Creamy medium mouthfeel.
Orange citrus & banana flavors up front; mild lemon, wheat & faint cream notes on the finish.
Robust for a lower ABV pale ale...I like this a lot!
