Hazy pineapple juice. Big tropical and berry hop aroma and flavor with light dank notes; juicy. Good balance with little to no bitterness. Medium bodied and fairly smooth.

Murky straw colored with one finger fine white head. Partial surface ring and lacing.
Melon, guava, pepper aromas.
So soft mouthfeel, melon, citrus, white pepper flavors.
Slightly sweet finish.
Very nice.

A: Hazy gold with 2-finger white frothy head with good retention and solid lacing.
S: Strong mango, peach, passion fruit, and pineapple. Also an herbal lemongrass notes. Moderate fruity esters.
T: Flavor is very fruity with moderate bitterness. Fruity flavors include pineapple, mango, peach, and lime with that same lemongrass herbal undercurrent. Esters moderate and fruity.
M: A bit of polyphenol grassy character with full body and full finish.
O: Presto Change-O is a solid hazy DIPA with a lot of fruity hop and herbal character.

Fairly good NEIPA. Poured from a 16 oz. can into a pint glass, this beer featured a hazy, dull gold color and a small foamy white head with better than average retention. There was some patchy lacing on the sides of the glass. Aroma included a floral aspect from the Simcoe hops. The rest of the aroma and taste was mainly tropical fruit and citrus (grapefruit). Fairly mild overall and with practically no bitterness. Mouthfeel was smooth and light. Nice enough, nothing special!!!!

This is incredibly smooth for a hazy triple IPA.
Lots of papaya guava and “tropical” notes.
I enjoyed this fresh from the taps at the Chicago brewpub.

Pours a cloudy cream orange with a finger of foamy head that slowly settles to a thin cap with some lacing. Aroma of pineapple and citrus. Taste follows nose.

Overall: Another one with pretty standard Mosiac and Simcoe hop profile. Yet a complex flavor profile of juicy orange and pineapple, berries and melon. Ripe, but bright enough. Balanced and complex. Leave it to Hop Butcher to take two simple hops and extract strong and complex flavors from them. (Rating: 4.10)
