4 months old. Can to wine glass.
L: Pours a hazy dark yellow with a fluffy white head that leaves a good amount of lacing. No floaters.
S: Candied citrus fruits and ripe tropical fruits. Sweet and hoppy.
T: Tropical notes of mango, guava and peach paired with hints of overripe orange and tangerine. Very sweet body followed by a subtle but long-lasting bitterness.
F: Full and creamy. A bit sticky. Medium carbonation.
O: Very good beer that aged really well. A bit too sweet, but still quite nicely balanced thanks too its bitter finish. Reminds me of Other Half’s higher ABV IPAs with its smooth mouthfeel and its candied fruit notes.

Deeper Dish coming through from the red hot Hop Butcher. No pizza variants here. This is one of their highest rated and it is very good. It is thick and has a piney resin to it that IPA lovers yearn for. I'd order this again.

Dark opaque orange, thin layer of foam, some delicate arcs of lacing. Harsh fusel alcohol obscures any subtlety in the aroma. Faintly sweet, mild resin, eucalyptus, fruit cocktail, ultimately just harsh and not really appealing. Boozy and bitter, grapefruit rind, resinous dry bitter aftertaste with some greenery lingering. Full bodied and boozy, no attempt to conceal the booze here. Overall it’s not bad, but one and done for me. Thanks to Bill for this one!
