Poured from a 16oz can into a Waterford IPA glass. Pours a hazy yellow with a little over a finger of soapy white foam head. Citrus, orange marmalade and pine on the nose. Taste follows. Slightly bitter finish. As juicy as it is bitter. Medium-full mouthfeel. Solid. Hop Butcher does a great hazy.

Smooth, fruity and refreshing- just like your favorite pickled vegetables.
While no actual vegetables were hurt in the making of the beer, Giardiniera pours cloudy and with a goldenrod appearance. Above a creamy eggshell froth resides a juicy scent of citrus, tropical fruit, stone fruit and fine herb. Sweetness registers early with notions of shortcake, honey and pastry dough ahead of a starburst of hops. Bright with branch ripe tangerine, red grapefruit, mango, pineapple and passionfruit, the cocktail of fruits are boldly citrusy and tropical. Trending smooth with bitterness, the candied fruit trail into an herbal nature of verbena, tea leaf, hemp and balsa.
Medium bodied, creamy and smoothly bitter, this hazy IPA's use of Citra and Mosaic hops are highlighted perfectly with El Dorado hops for a seamless blend of fruity haze.

Delightfully refreshing balance between juicy & citrusy front end and hoppy/piney back end. I loved the way this one looked, too, cloudy and turbid with an enduring foamy head, sort of like a grown-up version of mango juice. Drinking this one was an absolute delight. Perhaps it even has electrolytes (“it’s got what plants crave”)…? Yet another winner from Hop Butcher For The World.

Thick cloudy appearance with a tall lasting white head. Reminds me of the way a glass of mango juice would look like.
Carbonation is there yet comes almost flat at times with the body being around medium.
Aroma is a really nice hit of mango and papaya, very earthy and tropical. Theres also some other fruit there as well as some mild cereal in the background
Taste is mildly sweet with that earthy funky papaya and mango out front. Other fruit follows along with a mild element of grain

Looks deep slightly dark yellow. Very hazy with tight bubble that disappear to a simple ring. Smell is fresh citrus, some lime, resin and grass. Taste is the same. Feel is fizzy, sweet in the middle then a lasting grassy bitterness. Nice

Very hazy orange gold color with decent foamy white head and some nice lacing.
The aroma is mango, pineapple, tangerine, fresh cut grass and pine.
The taste is mango, grapefruit, tangerine, passion fruit with a touch of caramel and lime, very lightly sweet. The finish is dry and grassy with lingering pine and citrus zest.
The body is medium, moderate carbonation, smooth and very drinkable.
Altogether, this is a very tasty IPA, refreshing, moderate bitterness, balanced somewhat differently than most IPAs but pleasantly so, another outstanding IPA from Hop Butcher.

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of fluffy foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of grapefruit, pineapple, mango and caramel. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.
