I surprisingly liked this offering from Hop Butcher. I was a little hesitant to try a Sour Triple IPA but it worked for me. Lots of grapefruit up front and the sourness on the back side really help to cut through the typical Hop Butcher over hoppiness.

Hazy pastel yellow orange, minimal lace. Smells citrusy and slightly acidic. Tastes like spoiled orange juice. Jarringly sour and bitter, feels more like a mistake than intentional. Not easy to drink, split 3 ways and didn’t finish. I'm no stranger to sour IPA's and enjoy them for the most part. Extreme sourness and bitterness don't work together. Thanks to Thomas for sharing!
