PKG 8/26/2025. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Murky gold with 2+-finger with frothy head with good retention and thick bands of lacing.
S: Sumptuous tropical fruit nose with pineapple, guava, orange, passion fruit, and floral notes. Nice dank undercurrent too.
T: Flavor is very tropical fruity with orange, tangerine, guava, pineapple, and passion fruit. Dank notes are a great counterpoint to the sweeter fruit notes. Bitterness is low.
M: Full body with moderate carbonation and full finish. Huge drinkability for the style - watch out!
O: Hop Butcher Extra Giardiniera is an exceptionally drinkable TIPA. Great job Hop Butcher.

Cloudy amber orange appearance.
Medium light carbonation with about a medium body.
Aroma is sweet onions, citrus peel and fruit, barley and grain with some malt
Taste was very identical to aroma with the sweet onion out front.
Its a really well done beer. Any beer that some how can make onion a positive thing in my glass is highly impressive

Canned 11/8/21; drank 11/17/21 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque dull orange/yellow appearance.
A violent pour yielded a big, noisy eggshell head; decent lace.
Sweet onion, grapefruit & fresh ganja notes in the nose.
Soft, medium mouthfeel.
Sweet onion, orange citrus & soft wheat flavors. Booze heat emerged as this warmed.
Pretty sweet and a bit odd; but also oddly enjoyable. One's enough, though!
