Polycrystal is a no frills, straight to the point IPA from Hop Butcher. The beer is highly resinous and has that familiar dry finish. It is not a heavy, or thick IPA and not as soft as their general approach. It isn’t sweet and that makes sense with the whole profile. Polycrystal lures in those traditional IPA drinkers who are looking for that grassy and straight forward hop experience.
