Nectaron, Mosaic & El Dorado-hopped India Pale Ale.
Pneumatic Tube Room. It's fun to say, isn't it? So back in the day, they had one of these at Marshall Fields. Tubes firing everywhere, whisking cash away from register areas to the PTR (if you will), where it could be counted in private and eventually put in the safe. We gave Dan the inspiration for the artwork and he loved it, even bringing in some Lake Shore Drive "curve" vibes to boot. This one is our latest collab with our friends at Perennial. Shout out to Phil & Chris. Love those guys. Hazy, Nectaron/Mosaic/El Dorado, 6.75%, boom.

First up is Pneumatic Tube Room. A very dank and funky IPA which is quite aggressive compared to most HBs I have had in the past. Perfect for the funky IPA heads out there

Seems like a hybrid of a west coast and New England style IPA. Citrusy and juicy, but dank and bitter. Cloudy orange colors, fluffy thick head and lacing. Slightly creamy feel. Tasty and a bit more complex than I was expecting.

Canned 3/1/22; drank 3/5/22 @ the Yarchives.
Mostly opaque yellow/orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a big off-white head; frothy lace.
Lemon peel, mango & dry grass notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel. Lemon peel, grapefruit & dry grass flavors.
Decent enough, but not a top tier Hop Butcher effort.
I'll skip it next time it comes around.

Pours thick and hazy. Has a great aroma with tons of citrus, pineapple and grass. I like the taste as a hazy ipa, however it's a bit on the sweet side a/l/a milkshake. Good offering, but be prepared for sweetness and viscosity. I do like the previous offerings that l've tried from this brewery.

Pours with a light head that dissipates easily and leaves a nice lacing. Great nose off of the pour, stone fruit and light citrus maybe. The color is a diety orange, totally opaque. Nice mouthfeel with the sweet citrus and fruit up front, chased by some hops that approaches burn but stops short. A great beer for the first 60 degree day of the year.
