Citra, Amarillo,Simcoe, Centennial & Nectaron- hopped India Pale Ale.
Strong Arm Jon. Our latest collab with our friends at Resident Culture. Aptly named and enthusiastically hopped with da Citras, da Amarillos, da Simcoes, da Centennials and da Nectarons. Hat tip to our guy (you guessed it) Jon over der at RC!

Pours a slightly cloudy, oily golden color. Thick three to four finger white sudsy head. Head lingers just momentarily before dissipating almost completely. Sticky lacing remains on the glass and top of the beer. Aroma has notes of orange, citrus, mango, tropical fruits, and some dried grassy notes.
Taste follows the nose with notes of orange, citrus, mango, some green onions, dried grass with a medium but sharp bitterness. A bit woody on the finish. Feel is light, crisp, a bit slick. Moderate carbonation. Very dry finish.
Overall I really enjoyed this one - it reminded me of more of an old school IPA plus I like the drier IPAs. Hope this one is not a one and done for them.

Canned 8/3/22; drank 8/11/22 @ the Yarchives.
Semi-opaque dull orange appearance.
A violent pour yielded a big white head; a thick curtain of lace.
Grapefruit & dry grass notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Dry grapefruit & dry grass flavors; yeah, this is really dry and unbalanced. One and done for me.
