Citra, Idaho 7, Waimea & Nelson Sauvin- hopped Double India Pale Ale.
Only Interested In Tropical is the latest in our "Only Interested In" line. First came dank, then came citrus, now..we have tropical. Citra and Nelson remain heavy hop pillars throughout our rotation, but newcomers Idaho 7 and Waimea have been a more recent hopbsession (see what we did there?) and we think they're bringing a fun new twist on familiar flavors to the party.

Canned 8/16/22; drank 8/23/22 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque dull orange/yellow appearance.
A rough pour yielded a big eggshell head; a thick curtain of tree-rung lace.
Strawberry & orange citrus notes in the nose.
Soft, medium mouthfeel.
Orange citrus, soft strawberry & dry wheat flavors.
One of the more pleasurable Hop Butcher hazies in recent memory. Good!
