Canned 10/25/22 (2 months ago)
Appearance: Pours a nearly completely hazy (5-10% clarity) medium and dusky orange color with a strong white head. SRM of 6-7. (4.00)
Aroma: Moderate aromas of orange citrus, tropical pineapple and mango. (4.00)
Flavor: Moderate flavors of orange citrus, tropical pineapple and mango. Some sweet berry and stonefruit within. (4.25)
Feel: Heavier-bodied, average carbonation. Finish is slightly heavier and thicker. (4.00)
Compared to Phase 3 DDH Low Ceilings 12/2022: Pours darker, stronger aromas. More tropical pineapple and citrus. Less tangerine, blood orange.
Compared to Junkyard Tony's Big Show 1/2023: Pours darker, milder aromas. More tropical pineapple and tangerine. Less grapefruit citrus
Overall: A heavier NEIPA from Hop Butcher similar to Mega Bite but with the addition of Simcoe. Heavier, sweeter, but I think it lacks the smooth flavor and mouthfeel of some of the other Hop Butcher beers. It has a thick and smooth mouthfeel, but needs more flavor and a little to heavy. Sort of drinks like the Bull Shark on the beer logo. (Rating: 4.10)

poured from a 16oz can into a stemless wine glass. pours a milky, hazy orange with three fingers of frothy white head. very grassy on the nose with a hint of citrus. bigger citrus notes on the flavor with a drier finish. full mouthfeel with a smooth, creamy finish. i enjoyed this combination of hops. enough pine and grass to cut the fruitiness. decently bitter and somewhat dry. nice alcohol burn to it. highly enjoyable.

Canned 10/25/22; drank 10/29/22 @ the Yarchives. O
paque dull orange/yellow appearance; looks a bit like dishwater.
A rough pour yielded a big eggshell head; a thick curtain of lace.
Tangy grapefruit, cream & mild ganja notes in the nose.
Creamy medium mouthfeel.
Tangy grapefruit & mild cream flavors up front; dry ganja notes on the finish.
Tangy, ugly and unbalanced; it's drinkable, but I can't recommend it.
