Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe-hopped with Phantasm IPA
When you think of the words undefeated and hops in the same context, could you name three more appropriate varieties than Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe? We couldn't either, hence this beer.

16oz can, dated 11.01.2022, poured into a 16oz tumbler glass.
The beer pours a very hazy and turbid orange color, light amber and honey hues with a foamy white head, about two fingers with a nice firm texture, good retention and nice lacing. The aroma is very pleasant, very fragrant, lots of citrus juice, tropical fruits, tangy and bright with nice floral and grassy hop, green raw hop, bitter pine, smooth dough and mineral water. The flavors are good, juicy and tropical with plenty of citrus and fruit punch, wildflower, grass clippings, pine, dank weed, herbaceous hop, pale dough, and mineral water. The mouthfeel is good, coating heavier medium body, smooth texture with a crisp finish.
Verdict: A nice IPA from Hop Butcher. It's pretty much you'd expect from the hop combination, bright, tangy, bitter, earthy with enough balance to remain very drinkable.
