16 ounce can into a tulip snifter. Canned 1/17/23, had 2/13/23.
Pours a hazy orange yellow, with a two inch head of creamy foam with decent retention and a decent amount of foamy lacing. Aromas of orange, pineapple, some papaya, light pine. Has a somewhat dank aroma. Flavors of pineapple, some orange, light grapefruit and papaya, light pine, some hop bitterness. Tastes a little dank. Smooth with a fairly dry finish, a robust lighter body, well carbonated.
Very nice. Lots of citrus on a solid malty base, with enough hop bitterness to balance it out.

Triple Unwind Your Mind pours a hazy orangish/yellowish, with a larger, long-lasting, massively lacing head. The aroma is dank, with notes of melons. The flavor is dank, with melon notes and lots of it. Good body and feel. Overall, what a fantastic big IPA.

Dirty apricot juice look. Impressive head which settles in a lumpy fashion. Good lacing which looks like spider webs.
Prickly evergreen nose with a pineapple/mango sweetness in the background. After the initial smell, plenty of weedy-ness.
There's plenty of pineapple initially on the taste. Slowly, the weedy bitterness seeps into the flavor. Very rich body. Enhanced by the lower carbonation level. The finish is sweeter than most DIPAs. The bitterness is balanced, but the aftertaste is relatively short compared to most. Given the abv, I would expect some booziness to the taste, but it's well hidden.

Opaque maize with a densely thick head of khaki foam.
Good, but catty, and a little past its freshness prime, unless the potency isn't playing well with the hops here. Though it's worth noting we had a different two month old NEIPA this same day that did not exhibit oxidized characteristics.

Two fingers worth of ultra lush whipped light khaki colored froth... Rock star retention... Color is a muted hazed mango... Gobs of lacing cling to the sides of the glass... Nose is surprisingly subtle but rather complex... Tropical fruits and hard candies... Intensity is ramped up a notch or two on the palate... A strong sugary sweetness joins the tropical fruits... There is a slightly musky earthiness that lingers a bit beneath the surface... Perhaps a touch cloying overall... On the fuller side of medium bodied... Lush, sleek and chewy all at the same time... Unique and well crafted but not something that would be a regular in my fridge... Hides the large ABV rather well...

Stunner. Fucking hop haze bomb knockout. This is some jooose fam. A near flawless TIPA. Among finest all time. Thank god no citra!! Some creativity here hop wise. Motueka, mosaic, eldo go wild here. Only other contenders of this level of liquid legend i know are early treehouse, trillium, 3 magnets, other half, and those cali bois doing it way back. Foam in VT. This stuff goes there, then modernizes. Dank af
Hop Butcher’s been going soooo hard. Their hazy single ipas are liquid art as well. This triple is out of category good.
I’ll come back to add and update more detailed tasting notes and thoughts as they come. Much love. Thank you! Cheers.

46th Hop Butcher rating. I love these guys. They know how to make IPAs. Appearance is very cloudy, very dirty, and very fluffy (head and lacing). The nose has a stank with some citrusy undercurrent. Taste is juicy and citrusy with a slight dankness. Thick feel for an IPA, medium to bigger bodied, definite alcohol presence, mouth watering finish. Great.

You better be ready for what this brew is bringing. It's a big fat mouthful of boozy hops.
It pours a dirty yellow, opaque. The aroma is a hazy IPA stench at it's worst, with lots of booze to boot. The taste is juicy hoppy with just a bit of bite, all over-shadowed by booziness.
Recommended. It's an over-malted hazy IPA. I am glad I didn't let the shop keeper talk me into more of this over-done style, this is satisfying, and enough!

Absolute gas, thick, juicy and everything else I'd want in a triple IPA. The hops give it some slight nuances compared to other triples, this still has good hop character. Maybe not the smoothest finisher but I don't mind it at all.
