Canned 3/5/24 (3 months ago)
Appearance: Pours a completely hazy (5% clarity) light to pale, milky yellow color with a strong white head. SRM of 5-6. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of lemon and orange citrus, pineapple, some juicy mango. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong flavors of orange and lemon citrus, juicy pineapple, some handsome melon and mango. (4.00)
Feel: Medium-bodied, carbonation, finishes, juicy, slightly sweet. (4.00)
Compared to Hop Butcher Blazed Green Relish 5/2024: Pours similar, slightly more milky. Milder aromas. More pineapple, lemon, mango. Less green citrus, zest, guava, and grapefruit. More tropical and sweet.
to Hop Butcher Unwind Your MInd 7/24: Pours identical. Less tropical aromas. Less berry, grape, lychee. More pineapple, mango, melon.
Overall: Has mostly lemon citrus, juicy pineapple, some mango notes underneath. Interesting how the Strata shines more in this one giving that mango and lemon citrus flavor. This has everything you want in the Strata hop. The Citra supports. I don't detect much Simcoe. Not overpowering, but nice Strata notes here. Pineapple, lemon with some mango balance. (Rating: 4.05+)

Citra, Strata, Simcoe, Motueka
Appearance: Milky looking light shade of yellow. Bubbly ivory head. Spotty lace
Aroma: grape juice, pineapple and guava
Flavor: pineapple juice, mango, guava, melon
Mouthfeel: Medium-full body. Light carbonation, but enough. Fairly soft, but a nice lingering hop bitterness
Overall: Very good effort. Aroma and flavor are quite bold and nice. Some nice dank attributes as well.
