Final pour fresh from the taps at the Chicago brewpub.
Clear, lightly hopped fresh westie with a clean finish.
Although they’re known for the haze Hop Butchers west coast IPAs are on point!

Ultra clear, golden amber body; coarse, lively carbonation; so-so head, white and sudsy, a bit thin. Wonderful nose; pine and citrus; other esters suggesting tropical fruit. Nicely balanced taste; light malt, cracker and biscuit-like; fine hop flavor, pepper and earthy herbs; moderately intense hop bitterness. Medium body; crisp with a mild abrasiveness on the palate; semi-dry.
A decent west coast-style India pale, crisp and clean.

Clear golden pour with highly visible effervescence. Immediately filled the area with dankness. Delicious west coast flavors. Piney, resinous, has nice crisp finish. HBFTW is brilliant at hazy beers but I personally love when they venture out into other styles they brew less often. Great beer.
