Mosaic, Simcoe & Citra- hopped Double India Pale Ale.
In a of-sorts sequel to last year's Undefeated, meet Still Undefeated. Same hop blend (+ Phantasm which we apparently mistakenly left off the label), but amped up a touch dry hop-wise...the ABV as well. Smelled this one this past Monday and was blown away by how intense the hop aromatics were. Straight fire.
