HBC-630, YCH 301 & Citra- hopped Double India Pale Ale.
What happens when Yakima Chief Hops (we call them YCH), Hop Butcher For The World and Great Notion Brewery put their heads together on a beer? Timber Chop, that's what. It's a two experimental hops + Oregon-grown Citra on a hazy Double IPA base kind of collaboration for those of you who get down with that sort of thing. Super tasty.

Nice opaque color - almost like a Weiss beer.
Fruit - forward smell and taste. Not much booziness on the nose - very smooth for this ABV. Some bitterness and booze on the finish.
Mouthfeel is light and weak for an IPA. Almost like punch. Again, more like a Weiss.
The most impressive aspect of this beer is its subtle delivery of ABV. A nice, smooth summer beer. but a bit too one-note (fruity) for its own good.
