Pours a cloudy cream orange with a half finger of foamy head that slowly dissipates to a thin ring with a little lacing. Aroma of tangerine and pine. Taste follows nose.

Canned 4/1/24 (2 months ago)
Appearance: Pours a nearly completely clouded (5-10% clarity) medium to deep/dusky orange color with a strong white head. SRM of 8. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of candied orange, tangerine, and peaches. Sweet orange and peach-O-rings and cream linger. Tropical cream notes linger. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong flavors of orange, tangerine, and peaches upfront. Same as the aroma. In the middle it evolves into a sweet lime flavor. Finishes with more sweet lime, tropical orange peach cream, and mashed blueberry. Mildly sweet and clean. (4.00)
Feel: Medium bodied, average carbonation. Carbonated, but smooth and creamy. Yet dry. (4.00)
Compared to Fair State/HB The 400 Club 5/2024: Pours identical, milder aromas. Less zesty citrus and dank, resinous pine. More tropical berries, lime, melon. More tropical and sweet.
Compared to Hop Butcher Soapboxer 6/2024: Pours darker, similar head. Milder aromas. Less vinous grapefruit, pineapple, mango. More peach cream and tropical notes. Sweeter and more resinous.
Overall: The Mosaic definitely comes through here in usual Hop Butcher fashion. More candied orange and peach cream notes. Some mashed blueberry from the Mosaic. A bit lighter and drinks light, not heavy. More peach cream flavors than I expected which sort of overpower here. Pretty good, but the Mosaic overpowers and has some interesting flavors. ONE PINT can
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours orange and turbid. It is topped with an inch of loosely bubbled, tan head that leaves spotty lacing.
Citrus aroma with a focus on grapefruit
Citrus flavor with a little resin in the finish
Medium bodied with an effervescent mouthfeel
Decent IPA

Dull, milky yellow-brown body. Frothy crop of white head leaves ample amounts of lace. Aroma is moderate in strength and of pine, citrus and resin. Flavor is a little lemon-lime and pine resin. Some mashed blueberry and orange rind as well. Pretty solid. Medium bodied with perky/prickly carbonation. A bit of a hop bitter finish lingers. Pretty solid overall.
