I had this on draft 4/9/24 @ Hop Butcher.
Black appearance.
Minimal dark tan head; minimal lacing remained.
Dark chocolate syrup & mild vanilla notes in the nose.
Thick, sticky mouthfeel.
Dark chocolate syrup flavors up front; mild vanilla notes on the finish. Faint booze heat emerged as this warmed.
It wasn't as incredibly sweet as some Hop Butcher beers can be; drinkable, but it's not an incredible barrel aged stout.
