Pours bright golden, totally opaque. The nose is a mix of tropical fruit. Small head, disappeared quick and leaves decent lacing. Taste is bitter upfront, and harshly carbonated. I'd like a softer mouthfeel for a hazy like this. The beer is about a week old, so maybe waiting another week will let it mellow. After the bitterness I get a nice candied mandarins, which I really like. An interesting Mashup of T want to belive and Beef dipped, but I think I'll stick to the original of both.
